1. Connect to the affected virtual machine with a console or RDP sessions.
2.Click Start > run, type regedit and click OK.
3.Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\vnetflt\

4.Right-click the Start key and select Modify.
5.Change the value to 4 and click OK.
6.Close the Registry Editor Window.
7.Reboot the virtual machine.
